リッドが外れて、紛失してしまった件で、本国へ問い合わせを行った。
どうも、無償でリッドを送ってくれるみたい。なにかと不具合が多いONE Rだが、ユニークなコンセプトには驚かされた。
国内サポートは、国内代理店から購入しないと受けられないが、本国へ直接、英語で問い合わせると、希望に答えてくれる場合がある。これレベルのメーカーになると、中国サポートというより、米国サポート感がある。

本当に香港から発送していただいたようだ。なんてありがたい。
他のチャット担当者では3000円ぐらいの請求だったが、サポート３さんは無償で発送してくれたみたいだ。この行為はファンになってしまうだろう？
